Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.

Shadows are not the "real deal". They change, they grow dim, they are often distorted, and eventually they disappear. The gifts from our Father are not shadows, they are real, they will not fade, and they will not disappear. They also will not disappoint!
Look today for the gifts that come from Him. Cling to them, and to Him.
