Welcome Home

In My Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you;
for I go to prepare a place for you.
John 14:2

 As we travel around this great nation of ours we have enjoyed visiting some wonderful mansions.  They are beautiful, breathtaking examples of man's abilities and wealth.  Yet they pale in comparison to the home that awaits us.

Recently several friends have ended their time here on earth and have gone to join the Father in heaven.  Many of us are grieving because we miss the smile, the hug, the music, the wisdom, the joy, the friendship that those friends shared with us. Yet, we must be comforted in knowing that they have gone to a glorious home which will last for eternity. A home which exceeds anything we could create, or even imagine, here on earth.

So we say, "Welcome home Wick Jarrett, Sharon Okros, Carolyn VanWagner, Hunter Carter, and Claire DeLand.  We miss you and look forward to a reunion with you some day."
